Positions Available at this time...

*Installation Technicians- Full Time- Both Locations

Requirements/Responsibilities for Installation Technician:

  • Installation Experience is a plus but not required, we will train you!
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Must be able to work as a team.

*Service Technicians- Full Time- Both Locations

Requirements/Responsibilities for Service Technician:

  • Must have a CFC License
  • Strong Sales Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Installation Experience.
  • Understand service aspects of both the air conditioning and heating sides of service.
  • Must be able to work as a team.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.

*Call Center Representative- Columbia, SC: Friday-Tuesday

We are looking for a Call Center Representative for our in Columbia, SC office. This Representatives will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. 2 years experience required. Please see requirements below for the days and hours we have available. 

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work Schedule Availabilities: Friday-Tuesday, 9am-6pm.
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

REQUIREMENTS
• Work Schedule availabilities: Friday-Tuesday, 9am-6pm.
• Previous call center experience with a Min. of 2 years Experience.
• A Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite Programs
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• High school degree
• Knowledge of our dispatch program Desco (ESC) is preferable but not required. 
• Above Average Typing Skills
